I am still taking a break from writing, and messin with covers. I am trying to get the Stones Dead flowers completed. Why do I mess with covers? Because I give them the Human treatment that's why. While someone else wrote the song, I mold it and shape it to my style. Some artists, all they do is record covers. Some artists, all they do is play covers live. I think being able to write good songs elevates you from the pack. It is for this reason, I was admitted into the National Blues Hall of Fame from Clovis, CA in 2010. You won't see too many in this particular organization that simply play all covers, all the time. I am admitted to this organization from Clovis, CA because it's where I live. The power's to be in this city have no idea, Fresno too. It's fine with me. It doesn't affect a thing in terms of me selling my music. They all have their little favorites from this area. "Most," are cover bands. I will get back to writing. I never know when this might happen. I took a 3 year break between my 2014 release, Human's Last Stand, and my 2017 release Humanize. I actually thought I was done writing after 2014, then all of a sudden I got a spark and wrote all the songs for Humanize in probably one month. So that's the way that rolls for me.
Have yourself a great week. Thanks for supporting Human Project Music. 99% all original stuff.
